摘要
讨论了机械密封端面温度的现有计算方法,介绍了根据机械密封的密封介质、工作条件、密封环和密封箱的的结构尺寸,以及密封环与周围介质间的热传导等,计算端面平均温度的一种简单方法。通过分析判断出机械密封的相态稳定性。
The existing calculations for the end face temperature of mechanical seal were discussed.Based on the seal mediums,working condilions,sizes of seal rings and seal boxes,and the heat conduction between the seal rings and the mediums around,a simple method for calculating the average temperature of the end face was presented.The phase stability of the mechanical seal was judged with analyses.
