摘要
香菇多糖广泛用于多种肿瘤治疗方法中,包括辅助药物治疗、结合放化疗治疗以及手术后的恢复治疗,在临床上体现出良好的抗肿瘤效果。香菇多糖在肿瘤防治方面的实验研究和临床研究表明,通过调节免疫系统的功能,调节多种免疫细胞的活性,对肿瘤细胞起到抑制甚至破坏的作用。临床中,活化免疫系统产生抗肿瘤疗效也得到证实。文章就香菇多糖抗肿瘤的临床应用研究和作用机理研究进行了综述。
The lentinan was applied in therapeutic methods of diverse tumors widely, such as the ancillary drug therapy, combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, recovery therapy. It had the good effects of anti tumor in clinic. The experimental and clinical research on anti -tumor with lentinan indicated that it could inhibit or breakdown the tumor cell by regulating the function of immune system and the activity of diverse immunoeytes. In clinic, it was also confirmed that the lentinan action was achieved anti - tumor by activating the immune system. The paper summarized the clinical application and effective mechanism on anti - tumor with lentina.
