摘要
目的:制定代谢综合征中医证候调查表,为进一步的代谢综合征中医证候量化诊断标准的建立提供参考。方法:根据文献调研和专家咨询预调查结果,编制代谢综合征中医证候信息专家问卷,向全国30名专家发放问卷调查并进行问卷分析。结果:专家对该课题的积极系数比较高,经过统计分析筛选出了代谢综合征中医证候指标并进行了量化分级。结论:采用文献调研和德尔菲评价法(Delph i法)可以构建中医证候调查表,为代谢综合征中医证候研究提供了参考。
Objective： To establish the TCM syndrom＇s questionnair of metabolic syndrome（MS） ,offering references for the further establishment of quantitative diagnostic standard of metabolic syndrome of TCM, Methods： On the basis of literature study and the result of experts＇ consultation beforehand ,the questionnaires of the TCM syndrom of MS was established and distributed to 30 experts all over the country. Then, the questionnaires were analyzed. Results： The survey indicated that experts care about the study. The items of TCM syndrom of MS were decided through analyzing and were classified, Conclusion： The methods of literature study and Delphi evaluation are feasible for establishing the TCM syndrom questionnaires. They can also offer reference with the TCM syndrom study of MS.
