摘要
本文简略介绍了部分国家伦理委员会的设置方式、审评机制以及相关部门对伦理委员会审查行为的监督制约机制,并结合我国伦理委员会目前所存在的问题,就建立适合我国的伦理委员会的运作模式和有效的监督机制进行探讨。
This paper introduced the construction, evaluation and supervision mechanism of Ethics Committee in foreign countries. Combing with the existed problems, the paper also discussed how to establish the operation mode and management mechanism of ethics committee in our country.
