摘要
针对彩色釉面砖生产工艺的要求,介绍了基于PLC的控制系统,阐述了控制系统的软硬件设计、通信网络设计、控制回路和主要功能。根据彩釉砖窑炉温度的非线性、时变和大时滞的特点,提出了自适应模糊PID控制算法。实践证明,控制性能良好,其稳态精度和响应时间均达到了预期效果,并大大减少了劳动强度,提高了劳动生产率。
In accordance with the requirement of production technique of color glazed files, the PLC-based control system is introduced. The designs of software, hardware, communication network, control loops and major functions of control system are expounded. Aiming at the features of temperature in kiln, i.e. non-linear, time varying and large time delay, a self-adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm is presented. The practice proves the control system offers good performance as expected with steady precision and fast response time. The intensity of labor is reduced and the productive efficient is increased.
