摘要
火电厂汽温具有大惯性、大迟延和时变等特性,采用常规的PID串级控制方法难以取得满意的控制效果。借鉴生物免疫反馈响应过程的调节作用和模糊推理逻辑可逼近非线性函数的特性,结合灰色预测的优点,提出采用灰色预测的模糊免疫PID控制策略。火电厂汽温控制系统的仿真研究表明:该方法的控制品质良好,能适应对象参数的变化,具有较强的鲁棒性和自适应能力。
Because steam temperature of fossil fired power plants is characterized by their large inertia, outstanding time lag and sizable swaying property, it is rather difficult to obtain satisfactory control results with conventional PID cascade control methods. Inspired by the control effect of feedback response of biological immune systems and the possibility of approaching non-linear functions with fuzzy rationalizing logic and making use of the advantages of gray prediction, an application of fuzzy immune PID control with gray prediction is being proposed. Simulation study results of steam temperature control systems of fossil fired power plants show, that control systems based on this method can attain high quality, is capable of adapting itself to variations of the control object' s parameters, and is featured by strong robustness and self-adaptability.
