摘要
采用8个10碱基随机引物对36个黄皮基因组DNA进行RAPD扩增,扩增产物用UPGMA进行聚类分析,结果表明:大多数相似系数在0.90~0.97之间,说明它们之间的亲缘关系较近;在相似系数为0.91的水平上,36个黄皮种质可分为6组,与传统形态分类有一定的相关性,但是RAPD分类比形态分类更严格,说明传统形态分类有待结合RAPD等分析方法进一步完善。
36 species of Clausena lansium were analyzed by RAPD. Cluster analysis of the amplified data was conducted by using the program UPGMA. The results revealed that similarity coefficients of most Clausena lansium germplasms were among 0. 90-0. 97, which indicated that the genetic relationships between them were closer. 36 Clausena lansium germplasms were divided into 6 groups at the level of the similarity of 0.91. Although a certain correlation with the morphological classification based mainly on the characteristic, classification by RAPD was more stricter than morphological classification. Therefore, the traditional morphological classification system can be further improved according to the results by RAPD analysis.
