摘要
后腹腔镜手术是泌尿外科重要的微创技术,但仍可产生各种不同程度的并发症。对于一些轻微的并发症,及时发现、认真处理即可,一般不会有较大影响。而对于一些比较严重的并发症,如果认识不足、处理不当,可导致手术失败,甚至危及患者生命。因此,对于后腹腔镜手术的并发症、发生因素及防治措施,临床医生必须要有全面、充分的认识。
Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery is a very important technology with mini invasion for urology. It still can bring many complications ranging in degree. Some mild complications produce little influence on patients, when found and treated immediately.
