摘要
目的评估CT重建技术在先天性颅颈交界畸形诊断和治疗中的应用价值。方法对30例先天性颅颈交界畸形在螺旋CT轴位扫描的基础上应用多平面重组(MPR)、容积呈现(VR)以及表面遮盖显示(SSD)加以分析。结果30例患者中28例呈多种骨性畸形,包括寰枕融合、C2-3融合、齿状突不连等,不同兴趣区域需要相宜的重建方法。结论CT重建技术能够揭示先天性颅颈交界畸形的细节特点,采用系统化分析策略可提高其临床价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of CT reconstruction techniques in diagnosis and treatment of craniovertebral junction (CVJ) malformation. Methods Thirty consecutive cases of patients with congenital CVJ malformation were examined by multi-detector spiral CT. All data were processed with CT reconstruction analysis including muhiplanar reformating (MPR), surface shade display (SSD), and volume rendering (VR). Results Twenty-eight of 30 patients have multiple bony anomalies including platybasia, assimilation of atlas C2.3 fusion, os odontoideum. Different reconstruction methods and visual angles were required to gain the optimal visualizations in differently interesting regions. Conclusion Congenital CVJ malformation can be well diagnosed by CT reconstruction. In order to gain the optimal result to meet the requirement of clinical practice, it is necessary to use a systematic fashion in the procedure of CT reconstruction evaluation in these complex anomalies.
