真鲷与黑鲷杂交子一代的胚胎发育 被引量:8

摘要 以真鲷为母本,黑鲷为父本的人工杂交实验表明:在温度14.0~17.0℃的条件下,杂交卵50~72h孵出,受精率87.4%,孵化率80.2%,18.0-20℃,杂交卵胚胎畸形率7.3%~8%。 The embryonic development of hybid combination between Pagrosomus major ♀ and Spraus macrocephalus ♂ was studied. The results showed the oosperm were hatched out in 36 - 72 h in the state of 14.0- 18 ℃ , with the fecundayion rate , 87.4 96 and the hatching rate, 80.2 96. the oosperm were hatched out in 36- 50h in the state of 17 - 19 ℃, the porprotion of malformations among larvae were 7 % 8% in the state of 17-21℃.
