摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳，对网纹石斑鱼的背肌、肝、心、脑、晶状体、肠、脾、性腺和肾等九种器官组织中的乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）同工酶分析比较．结果表明网纹石斑鱼的ＬＤＨ同工酶存在明显的组织特异性：１）心肌的ＬＤＨ同工酶带与背肌、肝的相反；２）脑、晶状体、性腺的ＬＤＨ同工酶带相似，但它们的染色和细带位置存在差别；３）肠、脾、肾的ＬＤＨ同工酶带较少，只有２～３条；４）脑的ＬＤＨ酶带最多．文中还讨论ＬＤＨ同工酶的基因调控．
Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) isoenzymes of nine tissues (muscle, Liver,heart, brain, lens, intestine, spleen, gonad and kidney)of E. Chlorostigma were analysed and compared with vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that, LDH isoenzymes in E. Chlorostigma exhibited a significant tissue-specific expression apparently: (1 ) The LDH isoenzymes in heart were reverse to those of muscle and liver; (2)The LDH isoenzymes in brain,lens and gonad were similar, but difference was found in staining level and location of the fine bands; (3 )Only two or three LDH isoenzymes bands were often presented in intestine,spleen and kidney. In the present paper,the genes controlling of LDH isoenzymes in E. chlorostigma are disscussed.
