摘要
结合国内外学者的相关理论,以居民对居住环境的需求为出发点,从使用、行为、生理、形象、景观及视觉等六个方面对住区公共设施的布局原则进行了探讨,为我国社区公共设施的建设提供了理论依据。
Based upon study of related theories at home and abroad and residents＇ requirements on dwelling environment, from six aspects： usable function, behavior, physiology, landscape and visual sense principle is discussed for layout of dwelling community＇s public establishment in order to provide theoretical references for construction of communal facilities in our country.
