摘要
公务员奖励是公务员管理中的激励机制。作为公务员管理中的一项重要制度,公务员奖励有着深厚的理论基础,即利益需求理论、官僚制度理论、柔性行政行为理论和激励行政行为理论。
Civil servants' encouragement is an invigorative mechanism. As an important system in management of civil service, Civil servants' encouragement has a deep basic theories. These basic theories include the theory of interesting and demanding, the theory of bureaucratic system, the theory of non- compulsory administrative act and the theory of encouragement of administrative act.
