摘要
随着18世纪末至19世纪初马铃薯在山西的引进,迅速在晋推广,并以其特有的适应性成功地进行了本土化,对山西经济社会产生了重要影响。
Potato was introduced into Shaanxi at the end of 18th century. Immediately, it spread all over the Jin and was successfully indigenized for its unique compatibility, which had great impact on the economic and society of Shaanxi.
