摘要
介绍了一种快捷、简便的确定开卷机、卷取机传动系统转动惯量的动态测量方法,阐述了它的原理,提出了基于这种方法的测量系统的组成及测量算法的实现,并对摩擦阻力矩的消除提出一种可行的方法。利用实验对该方法进行了验证。结果表明,用实验得出的转动惯量与理论计算值有很好的一致性。
This paper has proposed a way for dynamic ally measuring rapidly and simply rotative inertia of the driving systems for decoiler and rewinder. The measuring principle is explained, the design of the measure system and the realization of the measure arithmetic is proposed based on the dynamic measuring principle, and a feasible elimination method of friction torque is introduced. This method is proved by experiment in laboratory. The result demonstrates clearly that the inertia is consistent with the result of theoretical estimation.
