摘要
通过透射光谱分析研究了自制可屏蔽紫外线LDPE透明包装薄膜的光学性质,并针对透明包装材料透光性对油炸椒盐花生氧化酸败的影响进行了分析研究,建立了描述其货架寿命的数学模型。
Transparent UV shielding LDPE packaging film was developed and studied through trans- mission spectra. The effects of transparency of packaging materials on fry-salted peanuts were analyzed and the mathematics models of shelf life were established.
