摘要
采用特种空心阴极灯作激发光源和具有氩氢火焰低温自动点燃装置的原子荧光仪,氢化法直接测定地质物料中痕量锗,方法的测定下限为0.02μg/g,线性范围1~400μg/L,精密度(RSD,n=11,116μg/gGe)为1.79%,加标回收率97.8%。经标样和大批量样品分析验证。
A method for determination of trace germanium by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry is introduced in this paper. A special hollow cathode lamp as an excitation source and automatic ignition device for Ar H 2 flame are used. Under the optimized condition the detection limit for Ge is 0.02 μg/g with dynamic linear range of 1~400 μg/L. The recovery of standard addition is 97.8% with precision of 1.79% (RSD, n =11,1 16 μg/g Ge). The method has been applied to determination of trace Ge in some geochemical reference materials and different kinds of geological samples with satisfactory results.
