摘要
目的研究菊粉硫酸酯(inulin sulfate,IS)的制备及其抑制真菌活性。方法采用氯磺酸-吡啶法对菊粉(inulin)进行硫酸化修饰,得到IS;采用生长速率法对IS的抑制真菌活性进行测定。结果IS产率为菊粉投料量的128%左右,水溶性好,呈中性,硫取代度(DS)为2.22左右,硫含量为18.2%左右。结论抑菌实验表明IS具有一定抑制真菌的活性。
Purpose To study the preparation and anti-fungus activity of inulin sulfate. Methods Inulin sulfate was obtained by using sulfate modification method with chlorosulfonic acid-pyridene and anti-fungus activity of the inulin sulfate was determined by using speed-growth method. Results Inulin sulfate is an amorphous sodium salt and soluble easily in water, the yield of which is 128% or so. The sulfur content was found to be about 18.2 % and the degree of substitution is 2.22. Conclusion Inulin sulfate was shown to have a certain anti-fungus activity.
