摘要
在相位调制器基础上,提出了围绕干涉型光纤陀螺的闭环控制方案.对高准确度光纤陀螺中Y波导集成光学器件的调制特性及系统测试方法进行了研究,对其应用及光路各环节配合的技术进行了探讨,对该器件在光纤陀螺系统中的特性和测试系统进行讨论.在高准确度光纤陀螺中取得明显效果.目前,工程样机的零偏稳定性已达到0.02°/h.
The square-wave modulation response parameters of the LiNbO3 Integrated Optic Chip (IOC) which plays multi-functions in the fiber optic gyro (FOG) System as one, of the key elements,and the optic phase control technique have been discussed. It is shown that the total equivaleht parameters of the IOC needed to match the modulation/demodulation system and to test the response oharacters in order to reach the better performances of the FOG. The optical characteristics and the electrical characteristics of Y-IOC as well as the matching the electrical characteristics between the IOC and the FOG system play some important part in achieving the high accuracy of the FOG. The device test system has been set up and the IOC in high precision FOG(bias error less than 0.02°/h)are evaluated.
