摘要
目的探讨Fas、Fas配体(FasL)在乳腺肿瘤的发生发展及肿瘤免疫逃逸及反击中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学染色方法,对51例乳腺癌,20例乳腺不典型增生,32例乳腺纤维腺瘤,和36例正常乳腺组织进行Fas和FasL的检测以及和乳腺癌不同病理学参数之间的关系。同时对上述组织用TUNEL法检测Fas和FasL表达区不同细胞的凋亡情况。结果Fas阳性细胞数与FasL阳性细胞数在不同类型的乳腺组织中表达情况正相反,其结果有显著统计学意义;在不同类型的乳腺组织中细胞凋亡指数,乳腺纤维腺瘤和乳腺不典型增生中最高,乳腺癌次之,正常乳腺组织最低;Fas与FasL在不同类型的乳腺组织中的表达强度正相反,其结果有显著统计学意义;Fas、FasL的表达与乳腺癌大小、分期、转移、分化程度密切相关,与组织类型无关。结论Fas、FasL参与了乳腺疾病发生发展的全过程,且于乳腺癌临床病理参数密切相关。
Objective To investigate the function of Fas and FasL on carcinogenesis and development and immunity escaped and struck back in breast tumour.Methods S-P method was adopted to detect associated genes Fas and FasL expressison As well as with breast cancer clinical case of illness parameter relations.in 51 breast cancer,20 breast fibmcystic,32 adenofibroma,36 nomal breast tissue .meanwhile the apoptotic cells in Sample described above were studied with TUNEL technic. Results Fas masculine cell number and FasL masculine cell number in different type mammary gland organization expression situation On the contrary, The result has the remarkable statistics significance; Index of apoptosis (AI)in the different type mammary gland organization,breast fibrocystic and adenofibroma highest,breast cancer is next,the normal manmmry gland organization is lowest; Fas and FasL In different type mammary gland organization's expression intensity On the contrary, The result has the remarkable statistics significance; Fss and the FasL expression and breast cancer size,cllnical by stages,metastasis and differentiation degree close correlation,Has nothing to do with with the organization type. Conclusion Fas and FasL participated in the mammary gland disease having the carcinogenesis and development entire process,also with clinical pathology parameter close correlation.
