摘要
提出了一个企业级烟草物流管理平台的设计方案,将GIS和GPS技术引入到烟草物流业务中,以满足烟草物流配送的调度、导航与监控需求。通过对烟草物流配送流程的调研和分析,总体系统设计采用C/S、B/S、M/S相结合的模式,实现了地理数据采集、配送线路设计、车辆监控等物流管理基本功能。烟草物流管理平台应用于浙江省某市烟草公司后,实现了配送中心管辖范围内的配送智能调度,既提高了服务质量,又节省了配送成本。
A scheme for enterprise level tobacco logistics management platform was presented, GIS and GPS technologies were used to meet the requirements of dispatching, navigating and monitoring in tobacco distribution and delivery. By investigating and analyzing the procedure of tobacco distri- bution and delivery, a combination of C/S, B/S and M/S was adopted in the system design, the basic functions of logistics management, such as geographic data collecting, delivery route planning, freight vehicle monitoring, etc, were implemented. The management platform applied in one of the tobacco companies in Zhejiang Province demonstrated that it realized the intelligent dispatch within the service range of the distribution center, offered better service and saved delivery cost. Besides, associated key issues, such as how to manage the data of cigarette retailers' location dynamically, lay out the business procedure adaptable to centralized distribution and delivery, and exchange data with related systems were emphatically discussed.
