摘要
目的探讨病案管理工作各主要分工项目完成一定工作量所需时间，为病案管理人员的配备及合理化分工提供参考依据。方法选择熟练的工作人员，在基本上没有干扰的情况下，对病案的收集、核对登记、整理装订、编码和病案首页项目计算机录入工作的数量与时间进行测定。结果这5项工作平均每份病案所需时间分别为1．48分钟、0．50分钟、3．25～5．69分钟、1．71-3．90分钟、2．60—5．31分钟。结论该方法易于实施，可作为一种辅助方法用于确定病案管理人员的编制及合理化分工。
Objective To explore the time to fulfill some workload of main items in the medical record management, so as to provide reference for admeasuring staff of medical record management and dividing workload with reasonably. Methods The skilled staffs were selected to collect, register, clear up and bund up, code and input the medical records while almost no disturbing, meanwhile the workload and time were measured. Results The average time for the five items to complete one medical record was 1.48 minutes, 0.50 minutes, 3.25 - 5.69 minutes, 1.71 ~ 3.90 minutes and 2.60 ~ 5.31 minutes respectively. Conclusion The methods can be applied easily, and can be an assistant means to admeasure staff of medical record management and to divide workload reasonably.
