摘要
目的:观察加味解毒活血汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法:给予138例慢性肾衰患者口服加味解毒活血汤(组成:连翘、葛根、赤芍、紫苏叶、桃仁、红花、制大黄、甘草)治疗,观察治疗前后肾功能、电解质、血脂及尿蛋白的变化。结果:显效53例,有效36例,改善17例,无效32例,总有效率为76．8％。治疗后Hb、24小时尿蛋白定量、BUN、Cr、血清钙、LDL、HDL等指标均明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0．05,P<0．01);而Hb、血清磷、TC、TG等指标虽有改善,但治疗后比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0．05)。结论:加味解毒活血汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭可有效改善肾功能,降低尿蛋白,并具有一定的调脂作用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Additional Jiedu Huoxue Tang (AJT,加味解毒活血汤) for chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods: 138 cases of CRF were treated by oral use of AJT, the influence on renal function, eletrolyte, blood - lipid and urinary protein were observed before and after treatment. Results: AJT can markedly decrease blood creatinine, level of urea nitrogen, increase blood calcium, decrease low density lipoprotein of blood, increase high density lipoprotein and decrease the excretion of urinary protein. After treatment, although the level of hemoglobin was increased in a certain degree, but showed no statistical significance. Conclusion: AJT can improve renal function effectively, decrease urinary protein, and regulate blood - lipid for CEF.
