This article analyzes the relationship between colorful modes, storing mode and image quality and application, especially introduces the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of different colorful modes and the common storing modes of image files, makes the best storing plan of digital medical images, at the same time gives advice on storing modes for the multi- purpose of images, solves the problemssuch as image quality and storing space, processing speed and reasonability.
