摘要
本文探讨了在适宜蛋白质和脂肪含量下降低蛋白质含量的配合饵料对青石斑鱼生长的影响。试验设5组,在适宜蛋白质含量(52.55%)下设脂肪梯度9.87%和16.25%;在降低蛋白质含量(42.25%)下设脂肪梯度9.66%和16.04%;对照组投喂冰冻科鱼类。在水温20.0~27.5℃,比重1.0185~1.0220的条件下,经35d的试验得出:青石斑鱼配合饵料中在一定范围内提高脂肪含量能使更多的蛋白质用于鱼体的生长,而不是作为能源物质被消耗,从而提高蛋白质利用率,起到节约蛋白质的作用。
篢his paper reports the influences on the growth of Epinephelits awoara whenthe content of protein is reduced with in the suilable contents of protein and fat.The ex-periments are divided into 5 groups.As protein content is suitable(52.55%),the echelonof fat content in diets are 9.87%and 16. 25%;As protein content is lower(42.25%),the echelon of fat content are 9.66%and 16.04%;The contract group is fed with frozencarangidae fish. Under the conditions of water temperature 20.0~27.5℃,specific gravi-ty 1.0185~1.0220,after 35 days experiment,the result as follow:It makes more proteinin diets used in fish growth instead of being used up as energy.When fat content in arti-ficial diets of Epinephelus awoara increases inside a range. So that the utilization factorof protein may increase,and protein may be saved.
