摘要
锦化化工(集团)有限责任公司引进的4万t/a聚氯乙烯装置的流化床干燥器,在生产运行过程中其盘管曾多次泄漏,给企业造成极大的经济损失。通过对流化床干燥器盘管的结构、工作原理、使用环境、失效的形式、盘管的材质以及金属材料腐蚀的类型和机理的阐述,建立了盘管的有限元分析模型。考察了盘管在载荷作用下的变形和应力分布,结果发现最大应力出现在盘管发生失效的位置上。通过对盘管失效部位形貌的观察并综合分析其他条件,认为盘管是在拉应力和高浓度Cl-存在的条件下发生了应力腐蚀、晶间腐蚀和小孔腐蚀。还指出了在流化床干燥器盘管的设计和制造过程中以及在聚氯乙烯的生产与管理过程中应注意的事项和采取的措施。
The coiled pipes of fluid- bed dryer for the production of 40 kt/a PVC imported by Jinhua Chemical Industry (Group) Co. ,Ltd. had leaked many times during running,which brought great economic loss. Through analyzing the structure, working principle, operation conditions, out - of- run forms and manufacturing materials of coiled pipes and the corrosion types and mechanism of metal materials,a finite element analysis model was established. The deformation and stress distribution of coiled pipe under load were investigated. The results showed that the maximum stress occurred at the failure position of coiled pipe. Through observing the morphology of failure position of coiled pipe and combining with other factors,it was regarded that the stress corrosion,intercrystalline corrosion and pore corrosion would occur on the coiled pipes under the conditions of tensile stress and high content of Cl^- . The matters and methods needing attention during the design and manufacture of coil pipes of fluid - bed dryer and the production and management of PVC were also indicated.
