摘要
双歧杆菌是人和动物肠道内最重要的生理性细菌之一,在微生物学上属于原籍菌,它与其他生理性细菌成员构成了微生物群落,并与宿主构成一个微生态系统,它具有维持生态平衡、生物拮抗、免疫调节和营养等多方面的生理功能。双歧杆菌是一种革兰氏阳性的专性厌氧菌,具有革兰氏阳性菌的典型生物学特征。本文就双歧杆菌的生物学特征、生理功能、应用及发展前景做一综述。
The bifidobactefia is one of the most important physiological intestinal bacteria of animals and humans. It is one kind of aboriginal bacterium in microbiological classification. The bifidobacteria and other physiological bacteria form the microbiological community. The bifidobacteria and a host together form the micro- zoological system. It is a supeeific anaerobic oxegen Gram-positive bacterium. The bifidobacteria functions as maintaining micro-zoological balance, biological resistance, immunological regulation and nourishment. Bifidobacterium, possessing the typical physiological characters, was one of the members of Gram-positive bacteria. This paper summarized Bifidobacterium＇s biological characters, physiological function and application. Besides,the author provided the development prospect of Bifidobacterium in the future based on the current situation and existing problem.
