摘要
目的评价实时三维超声心动图定量左心室节段收缩功能的可行性及准确性。方法分别应用心脏磁共振和实时三维超声心动图测量31例健康志愿者左室壁17节段室壁增厚率(SWTR)和节段射血分数(rEF)。结果30例健康志愿者获得了具有清晰内膜边界的实时三维图像和17节段容积-时间曲线;17节段rEF、SWTR测值间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);17节段rEF与SWTR强弱顺序基本一致,但二者间无明显相关性(r介于-0.061~0.112,P均〉0.05)。结论健康人左室壁节段收缩功能存在异质性,实时三维超声心动图是一种可行的、准确定量评价左室壁节段收缩功能的新技术。
Objective To assess the feasibility and accuracy of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT-3DE) in quantifying regional left ventricular systolic function. Methods Thirty-one healthy volunteers without cardiovascular diseases were investigated,and the quantitative analyses were blinded to each other. The 17- segment myocardial model was adopted. The regional ejection fraction(rEF) and segment wall thickening rate (SWTR) were assessed by RT-3DE and CMRI separately. Results RT-3DE datasets with good endocardium image were acquired in 30 volunteers. Among 17 segments, rEF and SWTR were significant difference ( P 0.05) ,and the general tendencies of rEF and SWTR were coincident. But no significant relation was found between rEF and SWTR of each segment( r valued between - 0. 061 and 0. 112, P )0. 05). Conclusions Normal regional left ventricular myocardial contraction has heterogeneity. RT-3DE provides a new method in assessing the regional left ventricular function.
