摘要

Objective,. Investigation and prophylaxis of the high - morbidity dermatoses in a sea - training troop on the south - east China for ensuring the health of the personnel, Method： Epidmiological investigations were carried out on 11389 bridge unit. Some drugs and managements were applied for treatment and prevention of the dermatoses, Results： It was found that the morbidity of superficial mycoses was highest, with 2391 eases, aecounting 20.99% of the dermatoses.2223 （19,52%） persons suffered from insect dermatoses, among them 2161 were jellyfish dermatitis, 2190 persons got sun - burn, accounting for 21.50 % of all dermatoses, The geographical features, sea - training＇ s sea area, the training and living condition were the important sus- ceptible factors which contributed to the high morbidity of the dermatoses, The incidence rate of sun - burn was significantly reduced after protective measure had been taken in the emergency fighting troop,Conelusion： Analysed and estimated with quantitattive person - day - lose. the dermatoses, especially superficial mycoses, jelly fish dermatitis and sun -burn could cause a large number of depletion in the sea - training troops on training. The measures for the prophylaxis of the dermatoses were proposed for tthe sea - training troops.
