摘要
研究了1-〔(5-溴-2-吡啶)偶氮〕-2-萘酚-6-磺酸(简称5-Br-PAN-S)与锰显色反应的最佳条件。在pH=9.0的硼砂-盐酸缓冲溶液中,试剂大吸收波长为568nm,其摩尔吸光系数为2.06×104L·mol-1·cm-1,锰的含量在0~50μg/25mL,符合比尔定律。
This paper studies the best conditions of manganese (Ⅱ) reacting with 1 5 Bromine 2 pyridine)azo 2 naphthol 6 sulfonic acid(5 Br PAN S)to form a red complex at pH=9 0 borax sodium hydrochloric acid buffer solution.The molar absorptivity of the complex is 2 06×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at the maximum absorption wave length 568nm.The results are consistent with the Beers law when the Mn(Ⅱ) is in the range of 0 to 50μg/25mL.
