攀钢密地选矿厂阶段磨选工业试验 被引量:4

Industrial Test on Stage Grinding and Stage Separation in Pan Steel's Midi Concentrator

摘要 攀钢矿业公司密地选矿厂多年来一直沿用1段磨选工艺流程,现已不能适应矿山向中、深部开采而带来的矿石性质变化,更难以满足集团公司对铁精矿的高质量要求。为此,在实验室试验的基础上进行了阶段磨选工业试验。所获试验指标与同期采用1段磨选工艺的生产综合指标相比,精矿铁品位由52.57%提高到54.24%,原矿磨矿台时能力由71.44 t/(台.h)提高到90.13 t/(台.h)。根据工业试验结果,全厂16个系列若全面推广应用阶段磨选工艺,铁精矿年产量将由430万t提高到500万t,且精矿铁品位大于54%,可年增经济效益1亿元以上。 The one-stage grinding-separation process that has been used for many years in Midi Concentrator of Pan Steel's Mining Co. can not suit the change in the ore properties due to the deep and middle-deep mining and needless to say, meet the Group's requirements on high quality iron concentrate. Therefore, based on the laboratory test, an industrial test on the stage grinding and stage separation process was carried out. The comparison of the test results with the production performances obtained by one-stage grinding-separation process in the same period shows that there was an increase in concentrate grade from 52.57% to 54.24% and an increase in the unit/hour grinding capacity of run-of-mine ore from 71.44 t to 90.13 t. The calculation based on the test results shows that if all the 16 production lines in the concentrator apply the stage grinding and stage separation process, the annual iron concentrate output will be raised from 4.3 Mt to 5 Mt with a concentrate grade of above 54% , which will bring an annual economic benefit increase of over 100 Myuan.
