摘要
[目的]探讨健肝消脂合剂对高脂血症脂肪肝大鼠血脂、肝功能的影响及其防治脂肪肝的作用机制。[方法]采用高脂饮食建立高脂血症脂肪肝大鼠模型,设健肝消脂合剂大、小剂量治疗组和大、小剂量预防组,以东宝肝泰组(简称东宝组)、模型组、空白(正常)组为对照组,观察健肝消脂合剂对高脂血症脂肪肝大鼠血脂及肝功能的影响。[结果]模型组大鼠肝功能及血脂各项主要指标与正常组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组、预防组与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与东宝组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]健肝消脂合剂能较显著地减少血脂在肝脏的沉积和改善肝功能,以防治脂肪肝。
[Objective]To investigate the effect of Jianganxiaozhi mixture （JXM） on liver func tion and lipidemia and explore its mechanism of treating fatty liver. [Methods]High fat diet was given to rats to establish the fatty liver model with hyperlipidemia. All rats were randomly divided into high dose treatment group, low dose treatment group, high dose prevention group, low dose prevention group, Dongbaogantai group, model group and normal control group. The effects of JXM on liver function and lipidemia of fatty liver with hyperlipemia were observed, [Results]Compared with the normal control group, main indexes of liver function including ALT, AST, ALP and blood fat including TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C significantly increased in model control group（P〈0. 01）. Compared with the prevention and treatment group, all indexes were obviously higher in the model control group （P〈0. 01）, but showed no significant differences in Dongbaogantai group（P〉0.05）. [Conclusion]JXM could prevent and treat fatty liver via ameliorating liver function and lipidemia.
