不同甘蔗品种茎尖组培苗的固氮能力比较 被引量:8

摘要 取从巴西引进的甘蔗品种B1、B3、B5、B8以及广西主栽品种新台糖16号、桂糖11号的茎尖进行组织培养,对其继代4次的茎尖组培苗进行有氮与无氮培养对比以及温室无氮盆栽品比试验。结果表明,经茎尖培养的品种原有的固氮能力不丧失,4个巴西品种的固氮能力和在无氮条件下的生长能力强于广西主栽品种新台糖16号和桂糖11号,无氮培养的巴西品种氮含量较高,固氮活性较强,缺氮症状出现时间较迟;无氮盆栽的巴西品种株高、分蘖、叶片的固氮活性等均优于新台糖16号和桂糖11号。 Sugareane stem apical culture was conducted with Brazilian varieties B1 ,B3 ,B5 ,B8 and Guangxi varieties GT11 ,ROC16. The sugarcane varieties were treated in pot under non-nitrogen fertilzer condition,which had been derived from stem apical culture and cloned for 4 generations. The results indicated that the regenerated plants did not lose the biological nitrogen fixing ability through stem apical culture. Un- der non-nitrogen fertilzer condition, the Brazilian varieties B1,133, B5 and B8 had stronger nitrogen fixing ability and grew better than GT11 and ROC16 ,which their leaf had higher nitrogen content and higher nitrogen fixation activlty,and their symptom of nitrogen deficiency ap- ~red later. In the pot cultivation experiement,the Brazilian varleties showed more stalks,stronger tillering.
