摘要
对１０２尾泥鳅（Ｍｉｓｇｕｒｎｕｓａｒｇｕｉｌｌｉｃａｕｄａｔｕｓ）血液常数指标及血细胞大小进行了测定，研究了性别和催产激素ＬＲＨ－Ａ，对血液指标的影响．结果如下：血液常数指标分别是红细胞数为（２９８．４８±４９．１４）万个／ｍｍ３；血红蛋白值为（１３．４３±１．６８）ｇ％；白细胞分类计数中淋巴细胞占（６５．７４±１０．６６）％，单核细胞占（１５．７０±６．９６）％，纺锤细胞占（１５．６８±７．８６）％，粒细胞很少；除红细胞数和红细胞大小外，性别对血液指标的影响较小．但经注射ＬＲＨ－Ａ后，性别差异增大，红细胞数和血红蛋白值降低且引起各类白细胞百分比变化．血细胞大小如下（长径×短径）：红细胞为（１２．９９±１．６５×９．２８±１．２８）μｍ２；单核细胞为（１３．５３±１．１１×１１．１±１．３８）μｍ２；纺锤细胞为（６．９７±１．７３×４．０４±０．３５）μｍ２；大淋巴细胞为（１３．４１±１．３２×１０．３９±１．３７）μｍ２；小淋巴细胞为（７．７０±１．１８×５．７１±０．５６）μｍ２．
The blood indices and the sizes of blood cells were measured in 102 samplesof Misgurnus arguillicaudatus.The blood indices were studied when sexes of samples weredifferent and when the samples were injected with LRH-A.The results are as follows:Therewere (298.48±49.14)×104red blood cells per mm3.The hemoglobin content(Hb)was(13.43 ±1.68)g %.According to the differential leukocyte count(DLC),lymphocytes constituted(65. 74±10. 66) % and monocytes constituted(15.70±6.96)% and spindle cells constituted(15.68±7.86)%.The number of granulocytes was small.On normal conditions, blood indices,with the exception of the RBC and the volumes of red cells,had seldom difference between males and females.But blood indices had evident differences between males and females when they wore injected with LRH-A,the numbers of red blood cells and hemoglobincontent in samples reduced,and the ratios of various leukocytes varied. The sizes of bloodcells(longdiameter×shortdiameter)are as follows: red blood cells:(12.99 ± 1.65 × 9. 28±1.28)μm2;monocytes:(13.53±1.11×11.1±1.38)μm2;spindle cells:(6.97±1.73×4.04±0.35 )μm2;large lymphocytes:(13.41 ±1. 32×10.39±1.37 )μm2;small lymphocytes:(7.70 ±1.18×±0.56)μm2.
