摘要
目的:建立麝香保心丸中龙脑、异龙脑、麝香酮、苯甲酸苄酯的GC-MS测定法。方法:以正己烷为溶剂,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法中选择性离子检测(SIM)方式对麝香保心丸中龙脑、异龙脑、麝香酮、苯甲酸苄酯进行含量测定。DB-5(0.1μm×0.25 mm×30 m)石英毛细管柱;80℃-260℃程序升温;选择m/z 95为龙脑、异龙脑检测离子,m/z 238为麝香酮的检测离子,m/z 212为苯甲酸苄酯检测离子。结果:龙脑、异龙脑、麝香酮、苯甲酸苄酯的线性范围分别为0.020-20.0μg/mL(r=0.999 3)、0.024-24.0μg/mL(r=0.999 0)、0.029-28.8μg/mL(r=0.999 1)、0.050-50.0μg/mL(r=0.999 2)。平均回收率:龙脑97.00%;异龙脑96.30%;麝香酮96.85%;苯甲酸苄酯98.20%。结论:该方法快速、准确、有效,可用于麝香保心丸的质量控制。
AIM: To establish the methods for determining borneol, isoborneol, muscone, benzyl benzoate in Shexiang Baoxin Pills. METHODS: Turbomass GC-MS instrument was used; the selective ion was applied for detecting borneol, isoborueol, museone, benzyl benzoate. DB-5 capillary column (0.1μm ×0.25 mm ×30 m). The column temperature was rose by program from 80℃ to 260 ℃ ; the quantiative ion m/z 95 used for borueol and isoborueal, m/z 238 for musone, m/z 212 for benzyl benzoate; Shexiang Baoxin Pills were diluted with hexane. RESULTS : The linear ranges of borueol, isoborbeol, museone, benzyl benzoate were within 0.020 - 20.0 μg/mL (r=0.999 3), 0.024-24.0 μg/mL(r =0.999 0), 0.029-28.8 μg/mL(r =0.999 1), 0.050-50.0 μg/mL (r = 0. 999 2) respectively. The average recoveries of borueol, isoborbeol, muscone, benzyl benzoate were 97. 00%, 96.30%, 96.85%, 98.20%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple accurate and highly sensitive and suitable for Shexiang Baoxin Pills.
