摘要
目的研究补肾壮骨中药(主要由淫羊藿、续断、补骨脂等组成)对模拟失重雌性大鼠骨丢失的影响。方法SPF级雌性SD大鼠36只,随机平均分为3组:A组为自由活动对照组,B组和C组为尾吊模拟失重组,C组大鼠给予补肾壮骨中药灌胃,其它2组灌胃等量生理盐水,实验期28d。采用生化和放免法检测大鼠性激素和骨代谢指标,DEXA测定大鼠右侧股骨的骨密度。结果B组大鼠血清中骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶、性激素、骨密度水平显著低于A组大鼠相应的指标(P<0.01,P<0.05),但血清钙浓度显著高于A组(P<0.01);C组大鼠骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶、性激素、骨密度,水平均显著性高于B组大鼠(P<0.01,P<0.05);而血清钙浓度显著低于B组(P<0.01)。结论补肾壮骨中药能明显降低模拟失重雌性大鼠的骨丢失。
Objective To study the effect of Bushen Zhuanggu, the traditionl Chinese medicine for reinforcing kidney and strengthening bone, on bone loss in female rats after simulated weightlessness. Method Thirty-six female SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, namely normal control group (group A) and two groups of weightlessness simulated by tail suspension (groups B and C). Group C were treated with the Chinese medicine, while groups A and B were given the same dose of normal saline. The experiment lasted 28 days, and all rats were allowed to drink water freely. Results In the rats of group B, serum bone Gla protein (BGP), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), estradiol (E2) and P content and femur bone mineral content (BMD) were significantly lower than those in group A (P〈0.01, P〈0.05), whereas serum calcium concentration was markedly higher than that in group A (P〈0.01). In rats of group C, serum BGP, ALP, E2 and P content and femur BMD were significantly higher than those in group B (P〈0.01, P〈0.05), but serum calcium concentration was markedly lower (P〈0.01). Conclusion This Chinese prescription can stimulate bone formation and reduce bone loss in female rats subjected to simulated weightlessness.
