摘要 通过热力学分析与模拟试验,研究了氧化锌烟灰多膛炉脱卤(氟、氯)焙烧效果强化的可行性及其具体措施,研究得出硫酸化反应是多膛炉脱氟氯焙烧的最佳反应路径,确定了相应的工艺条件,并提出了多膛炉焙烧现场工艺改造的具体方案。 The possibility and measures to enhance the de-halogen roasting of zinc oxide dust in a multi-hearth furnace were investigated with thermodynamic analysis and preliminary test. h can be concluded that the sulfation is the most efficient method for halogen removal from zinc oxide dust. Corresponding parameters were determined and a tangible technological reconstruction proposal for the de-halogen roasting in the multi-hearth furnace process was put forward.
