有机磷杀虫剂引起低温反应的机制及其影响因素 被引量:3

摘要 临床上有机磷中毒的患者常出现低温反应。有机磷杀虫剂引起的低温反应与体内胆碱酯酶(ChE)活性降低和精氨酸升压素(AVP)释放有关。此外,环境温度、毒剂剂量和作用时间、性别差异和有机磷杀虫剂耐受性也可影响有机磷中毒引起低温反应。本文综述了有机磷杀虫剂引起低温反应的机制及其影响因素,期望为预防有机磷杀虫剂中毒提供一定理论依据,且为临床治疗有机磷中毒提供指导。 Patients of organophosphorus insecticides poisoning always accompany with hypothermic response in clinic. Organophosphorus insecticides - induced hypothermia is related to the decrease of cholinesterase (ChE) activation and the release of arginine vasopressin (AVP). Moreover, environmental temperature, the dosage and action time of toxic agents, sex differences and organophosphorus insecticides tolerance also influence organophosphorus insecticides poisoning - induced hypothermic response. In this review, we summarized the mechanisms of organophosphorus insecticides - induced hypothermic response and its relative factors in order to provide some theoretical data for the prevention and treatment of organophosphorus insecticides poisoning.
