摘要
目的：观察电针蝶腭神经节为主治疗常年性变应性鼻炎(PAR)的临床疗效。方法：将100例PAR患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组采用电针蝶腭神经节为主的方法治疗,对照组口服西替利嗪片,观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后血清总IgE和嗜酸性粒细胞(EOC)水平。结果：治疗组总有效率为96%,对照组总有效率为80%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P＜0．05)；治疗后治疗组血清总IgE和EOC水平均明显降低,与治疗前比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P＜0．01)；治疗后血清总IgE 2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P＜0．05)。结论：电针蝶腭神经节为主的方法治疗常年性变应性鼻炎疗效显著,且能显著降低PAR患者升高的血清总IgE和嗜酸性粒细胞水平,从而纠正患者的超敏体质状态。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture un splenopalatine ganglion(EASG)forperennial allergie rhinitis(PAR),Methods:100 cases of PAR were allocated to treatment group and control group(each group 50 cases)randomly. The treatment group was mainly treated hy EASG and control group by oral use of cetirizine tablets,and the clinical effect,total serum IgE and level of acidopbilic granalocyte(AG) were observed in both groups before and after treatment.Results:The tmal effective rate was 96% and 80% in treatment group and control group respectively(P＜0.05),the total serum IgE and AG were markedly decreased after treatment(P＜0.01),and the IgE was different(P＜0.05)between 2 groups,the level of total serum IgE and AG so as to correct the allergic constitution.
