真空气流植物细胞破壁技术在中药领域的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的考察真空气流植物细胞破壁技术与传统提取工艺的质量对比。方法金银花、黄芪、赤芍经真空气流植物细胞破壁技术处理后,热水浸泡1h作为新技术组;按传统提取工艺提取上述各药,作为传统工艺组,两组共同测定总固体物含量和绿原酸、黄芪甲苷、芍药苷的含量。结果新技术组的有效成分含量略高或相同于传统工艺组;总固体物含量则前者明显低于后者。结论采用真空气流植物细胞破壁技术的中药植物药材,用热水浸泡即可替代传统提取工艺,该技术将可大幅缩短生产工时,降低生产成本。 OBJECTIVE To compare the quality difference of Flos Lonicerae, Radix astragal and Radix Paeoniae rubra with the vacuum air current for plant cell wall broken and the traditional drawing technology. METHODS The new technology group : Flos Lonicerae, Radix astragal and Radix Paeoniae rubra with the vacuum air current for plant broken cell wall, and then soaked 1 hour with hot water, The traditional technology group:draw above each medicine according to tradition drawin technology. The two groups both measured the solid content, chlorogenicacid content,astragaloside Ⅳ content and paeoniflorin content. RESULTS Effective constituent of new technology group is slightly high or identical to the tradition technology group; but the solid content is lower in the former group. CONCLUSION Chinese medicine with the vacuum air current for plant cell wall broken technology,soaking with hot water can replace traditional draing technology,this can shorten the working hour greatly, and reduce the cost.
