摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定奶粉中的双酚A和己烯雌酚。乙腈做提取剂和蛋白沉淀剂,乙腈-水(体积比为70∶30)为流动相,230nm波长检测。在0.005~25.00mg/L范围内,双酚A和己烯雌酚的线性相关系数分别为:0.9998和0.9999,检出限分别为:0.005、0.025mg/L,相对标准偏差在1.55%~3.46%之间,平均回收率均在85.0%以上。
RP-HPLC was developed for the simultaneous quantitative determination of bisphenol A (BPA) and diethylstilbestrol (DES) in two kinds of powdered milk. The samples were purified by petroleum ether and acetonitrile was used not only to make protein pricipitate but'also to extract BPA and DES from the samples. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water 70:30 (v/v) and the detection wavelength was 230nm. The calibration curve was linear between 0.005mg/L and 25.00mg/L, and the linear relativity were 0.9998,0.9999 respectively. The limits of detection were 0.005mg/L and 0.025mg/L. The recoveries of spiked samples were all above 85.0% and the relative standard deviation of repeatability were between 1.55% and 3.46%.
