摘要
在单因素试验的基础上,用正交试验对刺儿菜中的黄酮类化合物的提取工艺进行了优选,研究了浸提温度、提取时间、乙醇体积分数、料液比对刺儿菜黄酮得率的影响。结果表明,刺儿菜中黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度为60℃,提取时间为30 min,料液比为1 g∶10 ml,乙醇浓度为70%。在此条件下,黄酮得率为3.573%。
Solvent extraction method was used to extract flavonoids in Herba Cirsii. The optimal extraction process was studied by orthogonal test on the basis of single factor experiment. By investigating the influence of extraction temperature, extraction time, ethanol concentration and the ratio of material to solvent on Herba Cirsii, optimal extraction conditions were determined, which was extraction temperature 60 ℃, extraction time 30 min, material to solvent 1g: 10 ml, ethanol concentration 70 %. The yield of extracts was 3.573% in optimal conditions.
