摘要
目的对孕激素联合HCG PCO动物模型进行评估。方法给24日龄雌性SD大鼠皮下埋植孕酮硅胶棒,2 d后再连续9 d皮下注射低剂量HCG,观察卵巢形态、血清激素含量及卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡、卵泡闭锁情况。结果模型组大鼠卵巢重量、体积增加,卵巢呈多囊性改变,卵泡颗粒细胞减少而膜细胞层增加,颗粒细胞凋亡及卵泡闭锁增加,血清中孕酮、睾酮明显增高,而雌二醇变化不明显。结论此动物模型卵巢病理改变及血内分泌改变与PCOS病人相似,可以作为多囊卵巢研究的动物模型。
Objective To evaluate the animal model for polycystic ovary (PCO). Methods Progesterone -synchronized immature rat were injected 1.5 IU HCG twice - daily for 9 days. Ovarian morphology, serum hormone, apoptosis of granulose cells and atresia of follicles were observed. Results In the model group the weight and volume of cystic ovaries highly increased, granulose cells reduced and thecal cells increased. Apoptosis of granulose cells and atre sia of follicles increased. In addition, serum progesterore and festosterone increased highly. Conclusion These results suggested that this kind model is suitable for the PCO research.
