摘要 以聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维为基体,以水合肼为交联剂,以二乙烯三胺为胺化剂制备了一种弱碱性离子交换纤维,研究了纤维的纤度、反应时间、反应温度对胺化反应的影响.实验结果表明:胺化增重率随着纤维纤度的降低、反应时间的延长和反应温度的升高而增加.采用红外光谱、元素分析、扫描电镜等手段对制得的离子交换纤维进行结构表征,表明了交联和胺化反应的发生,同时讨论了合成反应机理. A weak alkaline ion exchange fiber was prepared by using hydrazine hydrate as cross-links agant, diethylentriamine as amnating agent based on polyacrylonitrile fiber. The influence of fiber number, reaction time and reaction temperature on the amnating reaction were discussed. The experiment results show that the weight increase of the aminating fiber rises with the decrease of fiber number, the increase of the reaction time and the reaction temperature. The structure of the ion exchange fiber based on PAN was characterized by the means of IR spectrum, EA and SEM, which demonstrated the occurance of the reaction. The mechanism of the synthesis reaction was also investigated.
