摘要
本文介绍用于激光尘埃粒子计数器中,由硬件控制实现对大流量数据快速、准确采集计算和缓存的方法。采用CPLD对A/D转换器与FIFO等主要部件进行严格的时序控制,保证了电路在高数据处理速度条件下可靠工作。当粒子大量随机出现,而CPU来不及对数据进行处理时,A/D转换器转换的数据可以暂存在7203FIFO芯片中,且数据不易丢失,采集过程快速、准确,故本电路可以用于数据流量大、要求采集速率快,以及不可预测的突发事件的场合。应用于尘埃粒子计数器中的大量实验测试结果表明,此电路能快速、准确地对数据进行采集和缓存,对提高计数器的总体性能起到关键作用。
The high-speed data acquisition, calculation and buffering methods by hardware in particle counter are presented. CPLD is adopted in sequential control of A/D conversion and the main components such as FIFO, which ensures the circuit's operation security under the heavy data processing condition. When a mass of particles emerge at random and CPU can not process the data in time,the data coming from A/D conversion can be saved in 7203FIFO chip temporarily, so this circuit can be used for high-speed data acquisition, heavy data buffering and paroxysmal occasions. The experiments in particle counter show that the proposed circuit can improve the instrument's capability remarkably.
