摘要
目的探讨血清CA125、CA199联合检测对卵巢肿瘤的临床价值。方法经病理检查证实，44例为卵巢恶性肿瘤的患者于人院时和手术后3～4个月进行CA125、CA199联合检测，并以62例卵巢良性肿瘤作为对照组。结果2项指标联合检测较单项检测对诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤的敏感性提高到91．0％，虽特异性有所下降，但总的准确性提高到81．8％，与卵巢良性肿瘤组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论2项肿瘤标志物联合检测对鉴别卵巢良、恶性肿瘤和判断预后及复发有重大意义。
Objective To explore the clinical value of combined detection of CA125 and CA199 for diagnosis of ovarian tumors. Methods Eleetrochemiluminescence immunoassay was used to combined detect of CA125 and CA199 in patients with ovarian tumors, which were performed in 44 cases with malignant tumors, confirmed by pathological examination, on admission and 3-4 months after operation. 62 cases with benignant ovarian tumors, admitted for laparotomy during the same period and confirmed by pathological examination, were as controls. Results The sensitivity of combined detection of CA125 and CA199 for diagnosis of malignant tumors was up to 91.0% and the specificity decreased. Total accuracy rate of diagnosis reached 81.8%. There was statistical difference between the group of ovarian tumors and controls （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combined detection of two tumor markers has an important diagnostic value for differentiating benign and malignant diseases of uterus judging prognosis and recurrence.
