摘要
通过医籍整理,总结古代医家有关脱发的病因病机理论和临床治疗方法;头发望诊与脏腑气血有密切关系,脱发多由于肝肾不足、风邪乘虚而入,或血热化风化燥、脾虚湿热上蒸,或肝郁气滞等因素导致毛发失养所致;治疗上以补肾精养肝血为根本大法,兼以祛风、活血、清热祛湿等。
This paper sums up the etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment of hair loss on the basis of ancient medical books. It concludes that hair loss is cardinally caused by liver-kidney deficiency, wind invasion, spleen deficiency and dry heat; and its treatment focuses on nourishing kidneys and liver.
