摘要
通过对川渝地区天然气管道风险源的分析,发现管道外腐蚀是影响管道安全运行的主要原因,列出了外腐蚀失效的常见类型和影响外腐蚀失效的因素,并且介绍了现行常用的天然气管道外腐蚀的维修措施,包括：套管维修法、局部更换法、保温层修复法、补块修复法、管卡修复法、复合材料修复法和直接补焊等。针对天然气管道外腐蚀失效制定了相应的维抢修流程,用以指导管道运营公司在外腐蚀失效事故出现的情况下借鉴本流程对天然气管道进行抢修。
The analysis of risk sources of natural gas pipeline in Chuan- Yu area shows that the external corrosion is the major factor that affects the pipeline safe operation. The normal corrosion failures and their associated impact factors are described and effective maintenance measures are listed such as sleeve repair, local replacement, insulation repair, leak clamps, pipeline hoop etc. The corresponding repair process is established to provide the guidelines for the pipeline operation company to repair the pipeline when the pipeline fails from external corrosion.
