摘要
本文利用2005年湖南、浙江和黑龙江三省的调查数据,采用多元回归模型,对决定企业内农民工工作满意度的因素进行了实证分析。结果表明外部报酬多少、技能培训情况、打工距离及其他因素,如性别等,对农民工工作满意度的影响比较显著。
This paper use the survey data of Hunan, Heilongjiang and Zhejiang in 2005. Using multiple regression model, we make empirical analysis to the factors which determine the job satisfaction of peasant workers within the enterprise. The results showed that external incomes, skills training, working distance and other factors, taking gender for example, will affect the iob satisfaction for farmers prominently.
