摘要
目的:建立板蓝根颗粒质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中的板蓝根进行定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法测定处方中板蓝根有效成分靛玉红的含量。结果:在薄层色谱中检出板蓝根中的靛玉红;靛玉红在0.3852~7.704μg·mL^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.2%,RSD=1.3%。结论:所建立的方法可准确地进行定性、定量检测,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the quality standard of radix Banlangen granules. Methods:Adopting TLC to make a qualitative identification of Banlangen in the prescription. Using HPLC to determine indirubin's content of Banlangen composition in the prescription. Results:The indirubin of Banlangen could be detected by TLC;The indirubin showed good linear relationship ( r = 0. 9999) in the range of 0. 3852 - 7. 704 μg · mL^-1 and the average recovery was 99. 2% with RSD of 1.3%. Conclusion:The methods were set up to make the qualitative and quantitative detection accurately, and maybe used in quality control of the pharmaceutics.
